All sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason.
Why We Do This
We're a small operation, and this policy helps us keep our prices fair and our business sustainable. Processing returns is expensive and time-consuming, and those costs would ultimately get passed on to you.
Before You Buy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so here's what we recommend:
Check the size chart carefully. Measurements are provided for every item. When in doubt, measure a piece you already own and love, then compare.
Read the product description. We include details about fabric, fit, and care instructions so you know exactly what you're getting.
Look at all the photos. We show multiple angles to give you the clearest picture possible.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right.
If we sent you the wrong item, same deal—let us know within 48 hours and we'll fix our mistake.
But if you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or decided you don't like it, we can't help. That's why we really encourage you to double-check everything before completing your order.
